  • Choice of light neck & shoulder or foot massage

  • Birth plan and preparation debrief with birth support person

  • Womb wisdom connection

  • Ceremony (Additional session with your birth support people)

    • Birth preparation ritual and ceremony to connect with your womb wisdom, body, baby, intuition, elements that will support you

    • Guided meditation, sound healing and connecting with the circle that will hold you through this powerful initiation of birthing life and becoming a mother

Nourishing Postpartum

 
 

2 hour postpartum home visits

  • Weekly or fortnightly, ideally within first six weeks postpartum

  • Individual and couple counselling or holistic therapy

  • Choice of light postpartum neck & shoulder or belly massage

  • Craniosacral therapy

  • Womb wisdom and healing

  • Birth Story Debriefing & Ceremony (Allow one full 2 hour session)

    • Includes nourishing and grounding traditional Ayurvedic kitchari

    • Heart warming chai

    • Closing and welcoming ritual ceremony

Birth Story Debriefing

A session to receive ideally in the first six weeks after birth. However it is It is never too late to share your birth story in order to move towards healing.

Supports telling your birth story and weaving in new meaning with option for ongoing counselling or holistic therapy if needed. 

This allows you to share openly, raw and candid with honest feelings such as anger, frustration, guilt, shame, grief, fear of failure and much more in order to find peace and embrace the experience .

I walk by your side supporting you with counselling skills as well as holistic therapies if needed. 

This is for mothers and fathers. It is never too late if you have a birth story that needs hearing in order to make meaning of towards your overall healing. 

You have the option to add a ritual ceremony of closing and honouring new meaning. Includes a traditional nourishing vegetarian kitchari dish and chai for two (vegan option available).
